About Art Beat: Art Beat is a 5-star rated Art Academy in HSR Layout, Bangalore. Our unique curriculum uses technology & art to teach kids. We are currently hiring Fine Arts Teacher at our centre in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Mandatory requirement - You should be available to work full-time at our centre for a minimum of 1 year. Please do not apply if you are not available to work offline or if you are not available to work for 1 full year.

Our primary approach is to offer safe and structured activities in age-appropriate environments where children are encouraged to learn, play, explore and discover. Our aim is to help each child realize his or her hidden potential that appears enveloped even after attending school

Roles & responsibilities

Teach kids from different age groups as per the art school curriculum Offline.

Plan and prepare worksheets. 

Share periodic feedback to kids & adults about their artwork. 

Teach allocated students by planning their teaching to achieve progress as per the curriculum.

Providing clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge.

Ensuring effective teaching and the best use of available time.

Experience in creating videos, managing posters is an added advantage

Maintaining discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encouraging good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

You should be available to work full-time at our centre for a minimum of 1 year.

Needs to have a background in Art/Fine Arts. Self-taught artists are also welcome provided you are skalled. 

Looking for full-time art teachers only.

Excellent communication skills.

Prior experience in an Art school or a pre-school is a plus.

Salary range

Relevant experience 25k to 30k per month for offline roles

​

Fresher/no teaching experience/not artist background - 18k to 20k per month for offline (assistant art teacher role)

Salary structure:

We have a simple and rewarding salary structure. All of the employees/team members including teaching staff, sales team, admin team, etc all have a fixed plus rewarding structure. This structure is based on values such as Ownership, Engagement, Customer Obsession, Timeliness, etc.
