Art Beat studio
Over the last 7 years, Art Beat has built a strong community of 5000+ art enthusiasts through various courses, workshops, and events both online and offline.
With 1 centre/studio in Bangalore, Art Beat is always on the lookout to partner with other creators & artists who are building the art community. Our studio is divided into 3 sections - The main area, the small area & the upper deck.
Please note: We do not manage ticketing and promotion of the event. We do however support the community by putting up posters of the events/workshops/shows on our Instagram stories.

We do not take commissions or a fee from your tickets
The venue caters to a group of 5 to 30 participants
Here are a few things that you should keep in mind before you book the space. Please book only after you have read and accepted the below.
Cleanliness:
Keep the premises clean & ensure that you give back the space the way it was when it was allocated to you.
We do not have disposal for wet waste, please carry them back with you. If you are using the space for activities that might have spillage of paint, clay, craft paper - Please ensure that you use a table cover/cloth/plastic sheet, etc to ensure that the tables are in clean condition post your session.
Artwork on display:
Please ensure that your participants do not touch any of the artwork. In case of any damages, the same will have to be borne by you. Kids cannot be left unattended at the space. Please ensure you mention to your participants to not touch any of the artworks on display.
Please respect the space & the artwork and be mindful of your surrounding. Classes might be going on during the workshop.
Art materials at the space:
No materials will not be accessible for non-members of Art Beat.
Access to highspeed internet
Does not include any art materials
Only participants are allowed inside the premises, parents waiting for the participants are not allowed inside the art school.
Participants under 4 years will not be allowed unless explicit permission is taken from the management in writing.
Alcohol consumption:
Alcohol consumption and smoking are prohibited inside the premises/building. Serious action will be taken against violators.
Parking:
We do not have a parking facility inside the premise. There is plenty of space on the road.
Time slots:
We might have other bookings right after yours, so please be mindful of the time. Each slot that you book is a maximum of 2 hours or 3 hours depending on what you book. You will need to factor in the prep time, workshop/event time & cleaning time. In case you want the cleaning to be done by Art Beat, please inform us. We will charge a small cleaning fee of INR 400 for the same.
Space options:
Option 1 - The Upper deck
8 seater space - This section is capable of seating 8 to 10 participants.
Time slot - 2 hours. + 15 mins of prep time will be allowed before or after the event
Cost of space for 2 hours - INR 5,00 (Untill March 31st)
Cost of space for 2 hours - INR 1,000 (Until further notice)
Time slots available
Saturdays - 11 am to 1 pm, 1 pm to 3 pm, 3 pm to 5 pm, 5 pm to 7 pm
Monday to Friday - 11 am to 1 pm, 1 pm to 3 pm, 3 pm to 5 pm, 5 pm to 7 pm
Option 2 - The mini area
8 seater space - This section is capable of seating 8 participants.
Time slot - 2 hours. + 15 mins of prep time will be allowed before or after the event
Cost of 2 hours - INR 2,000
Time slots available
Saturdays - 11.30 am to 1.30 pm
Monday to Friday - 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Option 3 - The main area
16-30 seater space - This section is capable of seating max of 20 participants.
Time slot - 3 hours. No additional prep time is allowed for this section.
Cost for 3 hours - INR 3,000
Time slots available
Sundays - 11 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 5 pm
Liability:
Any sort of issues arising out of the workshop/events will be the sole responsibility of the organiser.
Sound System:
We currently do not have a sound system. We only have a Bluetooth speaker (BOAT Stone). Please organise for sound equipment in case you need it.
For live events - Music, Stand up Comedy, Open Mic, Poetry, Book reading, Book launch, etc
1 Table & chair will be given as the registration desk. Organizers will have to use the same.
In total, we have 10 tables and 24 chairs.
Electrical points will be given, however, spike busters/extensions chords will not be provided by us.
Organisers are requested to announce & ensure that participants/attendees should not touch any of the artwork on display including the wall murals. Most of the artwork on display is from students of Art Beat.
Attendees in an inebriated state causing nuisance will be asked to leave the premises.
