About Art Beat: Art Beat is a 5 star rated Art School in HSR Layout, Bangalore. Our unique curriculum uses technology & art to teach kids. Art Beat is a women-led organisation that empowers artists to explore their true potential both online & offline.
Mandatory requirement - You should be available to work full-time at our centres for a minimum of 1 year. Please do not apply if you are not available to work offline or if you are not available to work for 1 full year.
We are looking for a passionate Sales and Partnerships manager who can help us build a strong community of budding artists. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote the school's programs and services, and building relationships with prospective clients. In the last few year, Art Beat has relied on technology to scale up business from Bangalore to 10 different countries and 24 different cities. This role will have a high impact in building the business. If you are ambitious and self-driven, then you will be mentored to reach new heights! This is the role for you.
Roles & responsibilities

Revenue generation through corporate events, employee engagement workshops. Manage outreach programs (B2B) by reaching out to Schools, MNCs, Small & Medium businesses to conduct art workshops and programs.

Revenue generation via inbound leads as well.

Develop attractive proposals for B2B (Schools, MNCs, Small & Medium businesses)

Approach and meet clients regularly (In-person) to build a strong relationships.

Manage strategic tie-ups

Cultivate relationships with businesses, organizations, and individuals to create partnership opportunities that increase brand visibility and revenue for both the school and its partners.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the art school's mission and values.

Work with schools, pre-schools, and other organizations to develop and implement programs that bring revenue to the art school while supporting the community and advancing the school's mission.

Manage large events, including planning and execution, to ensure a positive experience for customers and maximum revenue generation for the school.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and use this information to inform sales and partnership strategies and tactics.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must be a graduate - Any background
Excellent communication skills
Must be good at maintaining rapport and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft excel/word/Google sheet/Google docs
Prior experience in sales & business development is preferred
Benefits
Working hours - Monday to Saturday 11 am to 7 pm. Alternate Sunday will be working.
Alternate Sundays are working. Monday will be the compensatory off if they work on a Sunday.

Salary range
Relevant experience 20k to 27k per month for offline roles.

We have a simple and rewarding salary structure. All of the employees/team members including teaching staff, sales team, admin team, etc all have a fixed plus rewarding structure. This structure is based on values such as Ownership, Engagement, Customer Obsession, Timeliness, etc.
